COLINE research plans presented at the Urban Quality of Life and Transport Conference

On 6 November 2025, DUT-COLINE coordinator Balázs Lengyel presented our work at the conference “Városi életminőség és közlekedés” (Urban Quality of Life and Transport) in Budapest. His talk, “Közösségi közlekedés a 15-perces városban” (Public transport in the 15-minute city) showed how DUT-COLINE uses mobility data to understand and improve everyday accessibility in European cities.

The research of the Italian COLINE partners, titled „Time-space dynamics of income segregation in the city of Milan” combines big data and urban science. It has reached a wider audience thanks to the recent news coverage in the Italian newspapers "La Repubblica" and "Avvenire".
