COLINE is redefining urban living by exploring how neighborhood amenities, multimodal mobility, and safety shape vibrant and accessible “15-minute cities.” Through cutting-edge research in Budapest, Copenhagen, Toulouse, Turin, and Vienna, the project leverages high-resolution urban data – ranging from mobility traces, to open-access amenity portfolios, administrative company data and AI-modified street images for.
